Charles County Economic Development Fall Meeting

The Charles County Economic Development Department will host its annual Fall Meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 30 at the Greater Waldorf Jaycees Community Center from 8 a.m. to noon. This year the event is entitled Closing the Workforce Gap.
 
The Fall Meeting is an opportunity to dig deeper into the workforce challenges that local businesses face and to explore and share solutions for closing the gap between businesses and our local workers. Two panel discussions will encourage and inspire attendees to build relationships that can work toward common goals:

• Workforce Development: Growing Our Local Talent
• Solutions for Hire: Employers’ Workforce Strategies

Join us as we build off the momentum and discussion topics from previous meetings and dive into workforce challenges and opportunities. Register today to be part of the conversation.
