The Charles County Department of Health and the University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center are thrilled to introduce the Blue Zones Ignite team to Charles County. Please join us at the kick-off event to hear the Blue Zones story and meet members of the Blue Zones expert team as they begin work in our community to improve our well-being.
