Human Trafficking Awareness Event

Teen Court is hosting a Human Trafficking Awareness Event on Saturday, July 13, 2024. This outdoor event will include: multiple presentations to educate the community on human trafficking issues; the Red Sand Project which is an artistic installation meant to raise awareness on human trafficking and exploitation; and will feature community partners with information and resources. These resources could assist someone who may currently be or has been a victim of trafficking or to other members of the community in a variety of situations. The event will run from 9:00am to 3:00pm with 2 information presentations geared for adults in the morning and the Red Sand Project at 1:00pm. Resources cover the tri-county area and the event is free and open to the public.
