Event Description:
On Tuesday, January 7th Teen Court is hosting a Mother Daughter Class taught by OmmWorks. Mothers, step-moms, foster moms, grandmothers, aunts, and older sisters can come experience the many benefits of mediation, movement, and simple breathing with a young lady in their life. This class encourages positive self-image and is a great way to relieve stress. Registration is required for this session as limited seating is available. All Teen Court information sessions are free to the public. A parent or guardian must accompany participating youth.
