Time: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM EDT
Event Description:
Professional Development Opportunity from the Nonprofit Institute at CSM

Whether due to growing needs or new resources, deciding whether and when to scale your nonprofit organization can be difficult, confusing, and uncertain. Should you expand or solidify what you are already doing and try to do it more effectively and efficiently?

During three classroom sessions and one individual consultation with the instructor, participants will learn key concepts about growth and asset allocation; understand where they currently stand as an organization, identify their priorities, consider possible opportunities and potential obstacles, and create action steps to achieve priorities.

The instructor for this class is Tom Brush, owner of Advancement Designs, a coaching and consulting business, and the founder of the Renegade Success Network, helping organizational leaders, small business owners, and entrepreneurs become the best versions of themselves.  He does this by focusing on strategic planning, fundraising, executive coaching, and volunteer management.

This is a three-session class, held on consecutive Tuesdays from Sept. 20 - Oct. 4, at the College of Southern Maryland's Regional Hughesville Campus. The $107 fee covers all three sessions and an individual consulting session with the instructor.
