Event Description:
It's time to get off the side lines and onto the field!
Special Olympics Maryland - Charles County will be hosting athletes from various counties within Maryland to compete in swimming, bocce, and track & field events on Saturday, 6 May at Henry E. Lackey High School.
To ensure the events success WE NEED YOU as a Special Olympics Maryland volunteer where you'll have the opportunity to lend your time and talents to support the athletes and Unified Teammates of Special Olympics Maryland - Charles County!
Volunteers come from across the state and from all walks of life to support our athletes. From high school and college students, to professionals and retired individuals, over 6,000 people have found their place in our many programs. Whether you are looking for a one-time experience, a group volunteer opportunity, or something more consistent and long-term, Special Olympics Maryland will provide a fulfilling experience for all involved!
