We are a full-service real estate brokerage company that serves Charles County and Southern Maryland, in addition to other areas of Maryland. We help people buy and sell homes and land. We have 20 years' experience in Maryland residential real estate and have sold over 250 properties in that time. During that time, we also provided valuation services (a market analysis) for over 3,000 homes. Most of those were for banks who were determining foreclosure options.
We also have a property management division that helps homeowners rent their residential real estate to generate passive income. Our property management division is handling about 30 residential homes for the owners. We also invest in rental real estate and currently own 4 properties with active tenants.
While most of our real estate activity is in Southern Maryland (Charles County, St. Mary's County and Calvert County), we also work in Prince George's County, Anne Arundel County, Howard County, Montgomery County, Howard County, Baltimore County, Harford County and Frederick County.
Our office is located on the northbound side of Route 301 slightly north of Plaza Drive and just south of Route 228. We are in the Hamilton I Office complex.
