JP Ryon Elementary School in Charles County has partnered with Your Infinite Paths Foundation (YIP) to provide services for students who are not responding to traditional disciplinary intervention programs and could face suspension. YIP’s Take a Moment Recuperative After School Program was designed for just that student.

Partnering with Principal Dr. Melinda B. Tyler and Vice Principal Nancy Seifert, YIP staff will work on site with referred students, helping them to become more aware of what drives them and develop the skills needed to  make better choices. The program includes follow up work with the student’s parents or guardians.

Each school chooses their own name for the program. JP Ryon, whose mascot is the cardinal, has chosen Cardinals' C.R.E.W.S. (Creatively Restoring Their Environment with Self and Staff) Academy - Powered by Your Infinite Paths Foundation, Inc. The program launched on January 31, and will continue through the end of the school year.

Founded in October 2019 in Prince George's County, Your Infinite Paths Foundation Inc. offers programs and services, based on coaching principles, to empower people, especially those who are economically disadvantaged, to build wealth, health and lasting success.
