The "Breaking Stigmas, Embracing Wellness" conference is designed to empower Black women with knowledge, resources, and support to address mental health challenges and break the stigmas surrounding mental well-being. This one-day conference will feature informative sessions, interactive workshops, and opportunities for networking and support.
