Crosby Coaching, LLC is a leadership development and family coaching service provider committed to strengthening youth, families, and professionals through structured, results-driven coaching programs. Founded by Coach Marcus Crosby, Certified Life Coach (C.L.C.), Certified Student Career Coach (PARWCC), and Certified Special Educator, the organization delivers culturally responsive and growth-centered services throughout Charles County and surrounding communities.

Crosby Coaching specializes in youth mentoring, executive coaching, family coaching, and leadership development programs designed to build confidence, accountability, communication skills, and long-term success strategies. Signature programs such as the Young Kings Mentoring and Leadership Program provide structured, small-group experiences that support social-emotional development, academic readiness, and responsible decision-making.
