Serving the Southern Maryland region, the Tri-County Council operates a workforce division that provides advocacy, training and support to businesses and individuals alike.

    Over 360,000 individuals call Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's Counties home. The region boasts an average labor force participation rate of 67%, as compared to a national rate of 63%. The Tri-County Council collaborates with the Southern Maryland Workforce Development Board and the Southern Maryland JobSource to deliver first-rate resources to employers and job seekers.
